Hi, I’m Kayla

I became a Personal Trainer in 2009 & since then I have worked in various gyms, completed a Zumba course, Spin course & an advanced Nutritionist course.

I am a Mum to two children & its only since having them I’ve really seen the struggle to find balance. Whether that be with my training, eating well, overindulging, life. You name it, its hard. But I’ve learnt a lot along the way. I’m slowly beginning to navigate life as a mum of two having only given birth to my baby girl in May’24.

For me, weight loss isn’t a quick fix, its not cutting out things you love and spending hours on a treadmill. Building muscle isn’t overeating and over training. It’s a journey. Both on the outside & on the inside. So join me on this journey. A journey to find balance..
